Worcestershire Removals

Worcestershire · the county & into Europe

Worcestershire removals,
carefully handled.

Home and business moves across the whole county — Worcester and the Severn, the Malvern hills, Redditch and Bromsgrove, Kidderminster, Droitwich and the Vale of Evesham — with storage, packing, and moves that carry on from your door into France, Italy, Spain and Portugal.

  • One team

The same crew from packing to the last box down — not a chain of handovers.

  • Local knowledge

We plan for the county’s lanes, hills and city-centre access before the day.

  • Written quotes

Clear and itemised, based on a survey — never a number plucked from the air.

  • No pressure

The quote helps you decide. If the fit isn’t right, nothing is owed.

Across Worcestershire

A county we know road by road

Worcestershire isn’t one place — it’s a cathedral city, a run of spa and market towns, hill villages and Vale farmland, each with its own access. Here’s where we work, and what makes a move there its own kind of job.

Worcester

WR1–WR5

The county town on the Severn — the cathedral close and Georgian terraces of the Tything, the riverside and the Faithful City’s tight city-centre lanes down towards the Shambles.

Removals in Worcester →

Malvern

WR14

The spa town under the hills — steep, narrow lanes above Great Malvern, Victorian villas with long garden approaches, and the Wells and Link Top climbs that shape every load-in.

Removals in Malvern →

Redditch

B97–B98

The new town in the north-east — the needle-district heritage, the ring-road and roundabout layout that catches out first-time drivers, and the estates around the Arrow valley.

Removals in Redditch →

Bromsgrove

B60–B61

The market town on the Birmingham edge — Housman’s home town, the Lickey Hills to the north, and the commuter houses that turn over steadily along the A38.

Removals in Bromsgrove →

Kidderminster

DY10–DY11

The old carpet-weaving town in the Severn valley — the mill-era streets, the Severn Valley Railway terminus, and the estates spreading out towards Wolverley and Blakedown.

Removals in Kidderminster →

Droitwich Spa

WR9

The brine town between Worcester and Bromsgrove — the salt-and-lido heritage, the canal-side and the quiet residential roads that make for an easy, orderly move.

Removals in Droitwich Spa →

Evesham

WR11

The market-garden town in the Vale — the horseshoe bend of the Avon, the Bell Tower, and the asparagus-and-fruit country and riverside homes out towards Pershore.

Why Worcestershire Removals

We move at the pace a good move deserves

There’s a way of doing removals that treats every job as a race against the clock. It isn’t ours. A move is one of the more unsettling things a household does, and the difference between a good one and a bad one is rarely speed — it’s care, and a plan that was made before anyone picked up a box.

So we survey first. We look at the doorways and the stairs, the lane up to the house and the space to park a van. We wrap what needs wrapping and label what we pack. And we keep one team on your move, start to finish, whether you’re going from Barbourne to Bromsgrove or from a Malvern hillside to a village in the Dordogne. Quietly, carefully, and without the drama.

How we protect your move

The care is in the materials

A move goes well or badly long before the van pulls away — it’s decided by how things are wrapped, boxed and padded. We bring proper materials to every job and use them properly, whether it’s a Worcester townhouse full of glass or a farmhouse of well-loved furniture.

Everything we pack is listed on a labelled inventory, so you can see what went where — and so nothing is quietly left behind.

More on packing
  • Moving blankets

Quilted covers over cabinets, tables and anything with a polished face, held with clean webbing straps.

  • Bubble & tissue wrap

Layered around glass, ceramics and framed pictures — the fragile things that don’t forgive a knock.

  • Wardrobe cartons

Hanging clothes go straight from rail to carton, so they arrive on the hanger, not crushed in a bag.

  • Floor & edge protection

Runners on floors and guards on doorframes and banisters, especially in period and hillside homes.

  • Double-wall cartons

Sturdy boxes sized to the contents — books kept small and heavy, linens larger and light.

  • Shrink-wrap & tape

Drawers and soft furnishings wrapped so nothing shifts, opens or marks in transit.

Good to know

Questions we’re often asked

Do you cover the whole of Worcestershire?

Yes. We move households and businesses right across the county — Worcester and the Severn, Malvern and the hill villages, Redditch and Bromsgrove on the Birmingham edge, Kidderminster and the Severn valley, Droitwich, Evesham and the Vale, and the smaller places in between. If you’re near the border with Herefordshire, Gloucestershire or the West Midlands, that’s no trouble either.

How do you work out a quote?

We look at the size of the move, the access at both ends and the distance, then any extras like packing or storage. For a larger home we’ll offer a survey — in person or by video — so the plan and the price are based on what’s actually there rather than a guess. Your written quote sets it all out clearly, with no obligation to go ahead.

Can you move us from Worcestershire to Europe?

We do. We run household moves that depart from anywhere in the county to France, Italy, Spain and Portugal, framed as a route pair — Worcestershire to your new address abroad. We plan the road route, prepare the post-Brexit customs paperwork, and keep one team on the move from your door to the far end.

Do you pack for us, or do we pack ourselves?

Whichever suits you. We can pack the whole home with proper materials and a labelled inventory, pack only the breakables and leave the rest to you, or supply cartons so you can do it all yourself. It’s your call — we’ll talk it through when we quote.

What about narrow lanes, steep hills or awkward access?

It’s part of the county, so it’s part of the plan. Malvern’s steep lanes, a tight cathedral-close terrace in Worcester, a farm track in the Vale — we check the access before the day and bring the right van, crew and protection so nothing is rushed or forced.
